WARNING: these tables for informational purposes only. do not use them as a means of assessing exact performance in CASP7, as they suffer from all of the problems inherent to automatic evaluation. they are not to be trusted! for other inherently flawed automatic evaluations see Zhang, CAFASP/Fischer (by domains is better), SBC/Wallner&Elofsson, Offman, McGuffin, Soding, and BioInfo/Rychlewski (the "contact" measure offers the most different scoring approach).
